It doesn't matter what the budget is, from platinum to the budget-chic bride, they all have one. Every bride wants to know where they can cut costs and still have a fabulous wedding. In today's blog we will look at how to save $$ on your bar.
Now, Let's Get Inspired!
1. Limited Liquor Bar - You do not have to serve a full bar. Think about a couple of wines (white & red), maybe a few select liquors and beers. You know your guests better than anyone so make the most cost effective choices.
3. Partially Hosted Bar: Let the venue know you only plan to spend a certain amount on the bar. When that amount is depleted, it is now a cash bar. Remember, you do not have to have hard liquor on the bar or your can opt to use house brands.
4. Cash Bar - Etiquette says this is a no no, however, with most couples paying for the wedding themselves it is certainly acceptable. Also, in this instance, you can offer a signature drink or a complimentary bottle of wine at each table.
